Sheriff Lance Bonds states that on January 25, 2017, deputies with the Stone County Sheriff's Department and the 16th Judicial Drug Task Force executed a search warrant in the 200 block of Blue Sky Road. The search warrant was based on information that was obtained from a break-in on Hwy. 14 East, where Investigators from the Stone County Sheriff's Department were able to obtain the search warrant and arrest warrants for the above listed individuals.  During the execution of the search warrant, Investigators were successful in locating all listed items on the search warrant.

In all, five (5) individuals were incarcerated:

  • Jonathan Pitts, age 27 of Mountain View was charged with Residential Burglary, a class "B" Felony, Theft of Property, a Class "A" Misdemeanor, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia with Purpose To Use Crystal Methamphetamine, a Class "D" Felony, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia with Purpose To Analyze, Test Or Pack Crystal Methamphetamine.  
  • Jesse Tyler Lemay, age 29 of Mountain View was charged with Residential Burglary, a Class "B" Felony and Theft of Property, a Class "A" Misdemeanor.
  • David Glenn Lawson JR., age 20 of Mountain View was charged with Residential Burglary, a Class "B" Felony and Theft of Property, a Class "A" Misdemeanor.
  • Tony Sneathern (AKA: Opossum), age 38 of Mountain View was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine), a Class "D" Felony, Use or Possess with the Purpose to Use Drug Paraphernalia, a Class "D" Felony, Possession of a Prescribed Narcotic Outside of Container In Which It Was Dispensed and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia With The Intent To Conceal Controlled Substances, a Class "B" Felony.
  • Joshua M. Henry, age 31 of Mountain View was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine), a Class "D" Felony, Use or Possession with the Purpose to Use Drug Paraphernalia, a Class "D" Felony, Possession of a Prescribed Narcotic Outside of Container in Which It Was Dispensed and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia With Intent To Conceal Controlled Substances, a Class "B" Felony.

 

All suspects are awaiting a Stone County Circuit Court appearance on February 7, 2017.
