Reference: Rusty Sims Arrest
Case 1
Sheriff Lance Bonds states that on March 6, 2015, officers with the Stone County Sheriff’s Department and the Mountain View Police Department, conducted a traffic stop on a black Chevrolet pickup driven by Rusty Sims of 155 Roger Wooten Road in Springfield, Arkansas.

At the time of the stop, Sims was the subject of an active Stone County arrest warrant for (1) Possession of Controlled Substance with Purpose to Deliver (Methamphetamine / Class B Felony)), (2) Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (2 Counts / Class B Felony), (3) Possession of Controlled Substance (Marijuana / Class A Misdemeanor), (4) Possession of Counterfeit Substance (Class D Felony)

During an investigation and incident to arrest search, Sims was found to be in possession of Crystal Methamphetamine, Bath Salts, Oxycodone tablets and numerous pieces of drug paraphernalia used in the purpose to deliver controlled substances.

Sims was transported to the Stone County Detention Center where he awaits bond of $7,500.00. Other charges are forthcoming after the determination of Sixteenth Judicial Prosecutor Don McSpadden.
