Sheriff Lance Bonds states that on January 12, 2015, Michael Pringlemeir was arrested for Delivery of Controlled Substance ( Class D Felony) less than 200 grams (Clonzepam), a Class IV or V narcotic. Sheriff Bonds states that the arrest came in connection to a 2014 incident in Stone County. After reviewing the facts of the case file, Prosecuting Attorney Don McSpadden formally Charged Pringlemier with the above mentioned charges. If Convicted, Pringlemeir faces 0-6 years in prison and fine not to exceed $10,000.00.
