On 7-3-13, deputies with the Stone County Sheriff's Department and an officer with the Mountain View Police Department arrested Jim Wayne Dayberry, age 27, of Mountain View on two felony warrants. Dayberry had drug charges out of the city of Mountain View. The county had a felony warrant for fleeing and aggravated assault. Dayberry has a bond of $10,000.00 on two D felonies for the Sheriff's Department and a $10,000.00 warrant on D felonies for the city. Dayberry is currently being held in the Stone County Jail on a total of $20,000.00 and a parole hold.
