The Stone County Sheriff's Department has been working a narcotic investigation in the City of Fifty Six, Ar After a lengthy investigation, members of the Stone County Sheriff's Department, Mountain View Police Department, Arkansas State Police, and 16the District Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at the home of Garrett C Passmore located on Highway 14 Westin Fifty Six on 5-20-2013. Officers discovered Lysergic Acid Diethylamide (known as LSD), drug paraphernalia, weapons, and a moonshine still. Passmore was arrested on several drug related charges charges and transported to the Stone County Sheriff's Department. Passmore is charged with 3 counts of a delivery of a schedule 1 narcotic(LSD), delivery of a schedule VI narcotic (marijuana), maintaining a drug premise, possession of drug paraphernalia, use of a communication device, possession of a schedule 1 narcotic, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, and possession of a moonshine still worm. Passmore has 3 Class D felonies which if convicted carries a sentence of 0-6 years in A.D.C. He also has a Class Y Felony, which if convicted carries sentence of 10-40 years to Life in A.D.C. Passmore has 5 Class C Felonies which carries 3 to 10 years.  Passmore's bond was set at $45,000.00.
